I love this piece by Arini Esarey, titled Here and There and Back Again. Arini is a artist who travels often, driven by a fierce intellectual curiosity as well as a deep connection to the things she finds personally meaningful. Many years ago she sparked my interest in about modern-day pilgrimages, travel to personally meaningful sites, and I think of the many conversations we have had about travel as I look at this meditative, beautiful piece.
